I've ordered tickets but they've yet to arrive - when should I expect them?

All advance order wristbands have now been mailed out.

If you have not received your wristbands by the Wednesday before the Show opens, please contact our Burton-on-Trent office on 01283 742970.

Please note that this office is closed over the Show  - Friday 26 to Monday 29 May.

If you are unable to contact our Burton-on-Trent office and you have orderd advance tickets, please do still come to the Show; we are able to check and verify all advance ticket purchases at the Show Ticket Office.

Please note that all tickets are firm sale.
