Crick Music Festival 2026 sponsored by VETUS

Crick is proud to be Britain's biggest inland waterways festival, but the Crick experience wouldn't be complete without a full weekend of live music entertainment. Enjoy a wide selection of music performed in the Crick Tavern Marquee in the afternoon and evening. On Saturday and Sunday, the evenings build to the appearance of a headline act.

Saturday 23 May – Women who Rock!

T.Rextasy

Sadly, T.Rextasy have been forced to pull out as Saturday evening headliners. Lead singer Danielz has had a retinal eye detachment and is unable to perform due to surgery and the recovery period needed – we’re sure you will join us in wishing him well.

So in a change of theme, we are pleased to announce that despite their packed schedule, Blondied, the UK’s leading tribute to Debbie Harry and Blondie, will be stepping in to headline the festival on Saturday night. They will be supported by the world’s only all-female Slade tribute band, Slady. We’re bringing you not one, but two powerhouse female-led acts, celebrating the attitude, energy and iconic sound of women who rock. We’re sure Blondied won’t mind if you keep the glitter and feather boas on for their set!

Blondied

Blondied, the UK’s leading tribute to Debbie Harry and Blondie, went down a storm when they headlined Crick Music Festival back in 2016. Fronted by Michelle Hendriks, a performer with extensive experience on stage and screen, the band are the closest you’ll get to the real thing.

With exceptional musicianship, powerful vocals and a dynamic live show, Blondied captures the energy and spirit of the original band with all the classic hits including Heart of Glass, Atomic, Call Me and Maria.

The band’s chemistry, talent and dedication are at the heart of every performance, led by Michelle’s natural stage presence and connection with the crowd. Their performances pay respectful tribute to one of the most influential and iconic bands of all time and we’re looking forward to welcoming Blondied back to the Crick Music Festival stage.

Slady

Supporting T.Rextasy on Saturday will be Slady – the world’s only all-female Slade tribute band.

Slady have taken the UK by storm, bringing the house down with their packed shows up and down the country. The band have been dubbed the ‘most authentic’ and ‘best tribute’ to Slade, and will be bringing their foot-stomping 70s sound to Crick including Mama Weer All Crazee Now, Gudbye T’Jane and Cum On Feel The Noize. Join them for the hits, the B sides, the energy and the nostalgia of Slade.

Sunday 24 May – One Step Behind

One Step Behind - Madness tribute act

On Sunday, it’s time for the Masters of Madness, One Step Behind - the UK’s premier Madness tribute band with rave reviews from members of Madness themselves, including Suggs. In 2006, the band performed to 50,000 in London’s Hyde Park, and an audience at home of millions and have taken their show across Europe.

Perfecting their portrayal of Madness has been a labour of love for each member of the band, as they strive to match every detail of the original, both musically and in appearance.

Like Madness, One Step Behind is well known for their on-stage antics – it’s going to be one fun Sunday night.
