FAQs

Can we bring our dog(s) along to the show?

Please feel free to bring your canine friends along to the Crick Boat Show.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.  Please do not leave dogs unattended in parked cars.  Please take care to clean up after your dog.

I'm registered disabled - what facilities will there be for me at the show?

Disabled moorers and campers will be assigned with appropriate positions closest to the facilities and show entrances, provided that their camping and mooring spaces are booked in advance and it is made clear that the booking is for a disabled pitch.  A dedicated disabled car park will allow easy and quick access to the show entrance.  Disabled toilets are available in several locations across the show site.  Disabled visitors pay the concessionary rate.  Mobility scooters will be available to hire at Crick Boat Show 2013.  More details to be announced closer to the show.

I've got a specific query about boating which I'd like to speak with an expert about - will there be someone for me to speak to at the show?

A number of seminars led by experts should cover most subject areas over the course of the show.  We advise that anyone wishing to talk to an experts attends the appropriate seminars and gets involved in our question and answer sessions.

What are the car parking facilities and charges?

There is plenty of car parking at the show and there is no charge for this.

I'm travelling by train/bus to the show - how do I find out the local bus and train timetables?

Contact Rugby Visitor Centre for public transport timetables on 01788 533217.

Do you have concessionary ticket rates?  Who do they apply to?

Concessions apply to over 60s, registered disabled, war veterans and full–time students.  You will need to bring proof of eligibility for concession with you to the show.  You can order concessionary tickets on the main tickets page, or by calling 01283 742950.

I've ordered my tickets but they've yet to arrive - when should I expect them?

Your wristbands will be delivered during May 2013.  If you have not received your wristbands by 22nd May, please contact our office on 01283 742950.
